Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Admissions located in St. George, UT. The Director of Admissions will oversee and manage the admissions process, including student recruitment and enrollment processes. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and families, guiding them through the admissions journey, coordinating with financial aid services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role also encompasses developing and implementing strategies for efficient enrollment management to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting techniques
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with prospective individuals and families
• Understanding and experience with Student Financial Aid processes
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and guide admissions staff
• Ability to work on-site in St. George, UT, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in admissions, education, or related fields is a plus
