CHCP is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead our Admissions Department, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies while meeting enrollment goals.

You will motivate and train staff, develop marketing strategies to attract qualified applicants, and coordinate orientations and public relations activities for the college.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of admissions recruitment or related sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and marketing to meet enrollment goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly and yearly enrollment goals with executive management.
• Develop yearly business plans, including enrollment projections and budgets.
• Develop and update marketing strategies to support enrollment goals.
• Train, supervise, and motivate admissions staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies, taking corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in new student orientations and public relations activities.
• Interface with other college departments to ensure efficient information flow and record-keeping.
• Produce management reports to forecast enrollments and analyze historical data.
• Recruit, evaluate, and interview candidates for positions within the Admissions Department.
• Act as a key representative for the college in networking with funding agencies and writing proposals.
• Enroll and start students as needed.
