Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience in a marketing or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience preferred but not required.

• Ensure all admission records and documentation are complete and accurate before arrival.
• Prepare new resident rooms and coordinate with families to complete admission documentation.

As a Director of Admissions you are instrumental to ensuring the resident admission process is smooth and effortless. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Elmhurst by overseeing the resident admissions process, ensuring all records necessary for admission are obtained, working with residents and their family members to complete admission documentation, and ensuring new residents rooms are appropriately prepared for them prior to their arrival. Our residentswill depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in a marketing or similar role. A bachelors degree and two (2) years of related experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
