Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or other licensed healthcare provider through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: Experience in occupational health program development.
• Marketing and business development experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in physical therapy or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate the Occupational Health Program to ensure high-quality patient care and service excellence.
• Coordinate and oversee the care of patients participating in the Occupational Health Program.
• Serve as a clinical resource for providers regarding occupational health services and best practices.
• Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and other occupational health testing as needed.
• Train, mentor, and supervise provider staff on occupational health policies, procedures, and program initiatives.
• Assess client and employer needs and design occupational health services to meet those needs.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships with employers, attorneys, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources in the Omaha and Lincoln communities.
• Complete special projects and assignments as requested.
• Support the organization's commitment to outstanding customer service, quality care, financial responsibility, and continued growth.
