Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an experienced Nursing Director to lead specific hospital departments. You will develop clinical practice standards, policies and procedures, and drive recruitment, retention, and high levels of employee and patient satisfaction.

This role requires an Arkansas RN license, a Master's in Nursing, and at least five years of progressive management experience in ER, Med-Surg or Women & Children's nursing.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership of nursing departments and ability to set standards of clinical practice.
• Demonstrated experience in developing policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to drive recruitment, retention and satisfaction of staff and patients.

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
