Job summary

Google LLC's Data Center Compliance, Strategy, and Risk Management (CSRM) team seeks a Director to define and execute global operations direction for the data center lifecycle. You will lead a high-impact group of program managers and operational leaders to drive multi-year planning, value tracking, and transformation across critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience leading business operations, vendor management frameworks (VMO), or organizational transformation programs.
• 15 years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, or technical infrastructure operations, or 13 years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct the overarching multi-year business operations outlook, portfolio governance, and OKR frameworks for the global CSRM organization across Google Data Centers.
• Direct the CSRM Central Operations engine, incubating strategic initiatives, integrating workstreams, and establishing scalable operating models across the data center lifecycle.
• Oversee the Vendor Management Office (VMO) and strategic supply base, establishing commercial oversight and governance for global partner networks.
• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to deploy programs and products across teams and the fleet.
