Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive, complex, and deformity spine surgery.
• Proven leadership in clinical and strategic direction for neurosurgical services.
• Licensed MD in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure in PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and strategic leadership for neurosurgical services.
• Partner with institute, hospital, and operational leadership to advance the neurosurgery program.
• Define clinical strategy, expand patient access, and improve quality across the system.
• Collaborate with spine, vascular/endovascular, neuro-oncology, skull base, and related disciplines.
• Oversee transitions to new imaging and navigation technologies to improve outcomes.
