Job summary

AMD is seeking a Director of Product Management in our Technical Product Management team to lead the strategy, development, and execution of networking infrastructure products for GPU clusters and AI workloads. You will drive roadmaps, collaborate with hardware and software teams, and translate market needs into compelling features.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in network product leadership, deep Ethernet/InfiniBand/RDMA knowledge, and experience delivering high-performance networks for AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network product management or related technical leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of networking systems and technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP, RDMA, InfiniBand, SDN, NICs, DPUs, switches).
• Experience defining, developing or deploying high-performance networks for AI, HPC or large-scale cloud infra.
• Experience with GPU clusters for AI/ML workloads and distributed GPU environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for networking infrastructure focusing on GPU clusters.
• Drive design and implementation of high-performance network solutions for HPC and AI workloads.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to meet GPU cluster requirements.
• Conduct market research and engage customers to translate insights into features.
• Partner with marketing, sales and support to ensure successful launches.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to integrate latest technologies.
• Oversee budget, resources and timelines for the networking product line.
