Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Director of NA Quality to lead quality assurance and control for our industrial manufacturing operations. You will ensure aerial lift products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

The role requires driving QA strategy across engineering, production, and supply chain, mentoring the QA team, and promoting continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in aerial lifts or similar equipment.
• Proven experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage QA policies and procedures for aerial lift manufacturing.
• Oversee QC measures throughout production, ensuring standards and regulations are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor the QA team to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Conduct audits and inspections to assess QA process effectiveness and identify enhancements.
• Analyze quality metrics and customer feedback to drive product quality improvements.

Position Overview

The Director Quality will lead our quality assurance and control efforts within the industrial manufacturing environment. This role will focus on ensuring that our aerial lift products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures specifically tailored for the aerial lift manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in quality management within an industrial manufacturing environment, with specific experience in aerial lifts or similar equipment preferred.
• Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies relevant to aerial lifts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in managing quality assurance teams and driving cultural change towards quality excellence.
• Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Certification) are advantageous.
