Qualifications

• Maintains knowledge of credentialing criteria per NCQA and Joint Commission standards.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports medical staff governance functions (executive and credentials committees).
• Oversees initial appointment, reappointment and privileging processes.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, NCQA, CMS and licensure requirements.
• Leads Medical Staff Services team; drives workflow and process improvements.
• Maintains credentialing systems data integrity and reporting.
