JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Medical Drug Contracting Strategy & Solutions is responsible for leading the development and growth of our medical drug contracting offering to clients and prospects. An emphasis will be placed on working with internal and external partners to build a holistic offering that meets the needs of Health Plans and Employer Groups across the entire enterprise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Direct the development and ongoing management of competitive medical rebate product offering.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

• 10+ years of general managed care experience

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENT

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

COMPENSATION

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 161,900 - 269,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
