Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field and direct experience in project and program management or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.
• Hands on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Cordella portfolio strategy and governance.
• Champion Agile for software, firmware, AI/ML, and cloud apps; integrate with stage-gate.
• Own portfolio budget planning and forecasting; partner with Finance.
• Lead resource capacity planning across portfolio.
• Oversee complex hardware/software/systems programs with stage-gate and design controls.
• Drive timely delivery of milestones and product launches.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams.
• Foster innovation, data science/AI-ML integration into roadmaps.
