Qualifications
- MD, PhD, or MD/PhD in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline.
- 4–6+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Medical Strategy.
- 2–3 years specifically supporting clinical development of Phase 1–3 programs.
- Experience with neuroscience and/or advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs).
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a strategic plan for the ETX301 pain program with cross-functional teams.
- Engage with patient advocacy to support trial design and education.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to inform trial design and enrollment.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Strategy, and Regulatory to support development and commercialization.
- Represent Encoded in external forums and develop scientific communications materials.
