  • A penchant for creative thinking & innovation across media execution
  • Experience managing and stewarding growth for a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong presentation skills in both written and verbal communication; ability to convey thoughts and recommendations clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
  • End-to-end media strategy and planning; from brief all the way through post-mortem measurement, having a strong understanding of stewarding campaigns from start to finish with a clear strategic vision
Responsibilities:
Strategic & Team Leadership
  • Lead the development of all go-to-market strategies, informed by rich consumer and industry insights and connected to measurable outcomes.

  • Ensure consistency and quality of major client presentations
  • Identify and create the openings for organic growth opportunities across Monks' full capability set; contribute to scope enhancements and media spend growth.
Relationship Management
    • Help drive execution of big ideas with platforms, including sponsorships, integrations & innovation
    • Help manage effective cross-agency partnership relationships (creative and media).
About You
The essentials:

  • Organized, with the ability to manage up and swing down as needed, and to lead initiatives across departments.
  • Not afraid to defect from the status quo in order to make our clients and company more successful.
  • BA or equivalent with emphasis on marketing, advertising, or business.
