Job Description Vertiv is hiring a Director, Materials and Manufacturing Planning in Westerville, OH to lead delivery strategy, daily monitoring, and risk identification, with primary responsibility for delivery and inventory.
This role drives operations within SIOP(Sales, Inventory, Operations & Planning), master scheduling, NPDI (New Product Development Introduction), and overall materials management strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. They will improve On-Time Delivery through planning and purchasing enhancements and lead inventory optimization programs. Alongside leadership, they will review, propose, and implement processes from Order to Delivery, including production planning, inventory parameters, and master data. They are responsible for formulating and executing the strategic plan to achieve operational goals.
