Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree.
• Five+ years related multi-million dollar fundraising responsibilities, people management experience preferred.
• Proven success leading fundraising teams while personally driving external relationship development and revenue growth.
• Advanced relationship management skills with major donors, corporate partners, and volunteer leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to represent an organization effectively within the community and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a market-based fundraising portfolio with accountability for $3M+ annual revenue.
• Develop and implement market fundraising strategy and execution across the portfolio.
• Lead volunteer leadership engagement, including recruitment and activation of community influencers.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with major donors, corporate partners, volunteer leaders, and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate across functions to align strategies and maximize donor pipeline opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and financial results, adjusting strategies to optimize growth and ROI.
