Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a related field with strong project management, consulting skills, and M&A expertise. The position includes a hybrid work model and competitive compensation ranging from $205,000 to $235,000.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related work experience or 3 years with a graduate degree.
• Experience in finance integrations, divestitures, and transaction strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of finance functions and management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage buy side and sell side projects.
• Develop and execute transaction strategies across sectors.
