Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of M&A Separations & Execution in Deerfield, IL (remote options). The role leads complex divestitures, carve-outs and asset sales from planning through Day 1 and post‑close separation.

You will drive operating plans across Strategy, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and other functions. Working with the Separation Management Office and VP of Strategy & Corporate Development, you will shape governance, TSAs, and end-state operating models while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher with business/finance/engineering focus.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in M&A, separation or related transaction execution.
• Experience across multi-phase transaction lifecycle including Day 1 readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A separation strategy and planning for divestitures and asset sales.
• Translate deal requirements into integrated separation plans and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and governance across functions.
• Lead sell-side transaction execution and support due diligence and TSA development.
• Oversee Day 1 readiness, post-close separation and execution milestones.
