Oracle is seeking a Director of Logistics & Transportation to lead onsite logistics, shipping and receiving, asset coordination, fleet management, and campus transportation for its data center campus operations in Nashville.

This role is execution‑oriented, requiring strong organizational discipline, responsiveness, and the ability to support a fast‑moving operational environment, while ensuring safety, reliability, and a positive experience for employees, vendors, and visitors.

As the Director of Logistics & Transportation , you will lead onsite logistics, shipping and receiving, asset coordination, fleet management, campus transportation, and workplace-related site support services for OCI’s mission-critical data center campus operations. This role is responsible for ensuring site logistics and transportation activities are executed in a safe, organized, service-oriented, and highly reliable manner that supports continuous operations and a positive experience for employees, vendors, and visitors.

This onsite leadership role blends logistics coordination, transportation oversight, asset support, site administration, and operational services. You will directly lead logistics personnel and related support resources, overseeing the processes, vendors, vehicles, and team activities that keep site support functions running smoothly, including shipping and receiving, delivery coordination, inventory support, fleet readiness, campus transportation services, administrative workflows, workplace amenities, and visitor logistics. The role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational discipline, responsiveness, and the ability to support a fast-moving operational environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
