Job summary

Elsevier’s Academic & Government team seeks a Director for Lifecycle Marketing to lead lifecycle strategy, operating model, and performance of programs across web presence and always-on sales and renewal efforts.

You will manage a multi-regional team, translate strategy into scalable campaigns, own KPIs and testing, and collaborate with Audience, Product, Customer Success, and Digital Ops to drive adoption and renewals.

This role is based in New York and offers flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience leading lifecycle or demand marketing teams in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable programs and consistent execution across teams and regions.
  • Strong commercial, martech, and measurement fluency.

Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.If performed in NLD Amsterdam (Radarweg), the base pay range is €100,400 - €167,300.This job may be subject to a collective labor agreement in the Netherlands.
