Job Description

Working on-site in a campus setting at Oak Meadows in Oakdale, MN, the Lifesprk Director of Life Care will lead and implement the Lifesprk Experience and LCM model, financial performance, sales, marketing, and customer service, personnel selection, training, and management, vendor relationship management, client billing/AR, meeting facilitation, system and data management, quality management and compliance program implementation, and assist with overall company initiatives.
