Qualifications

  • If qualifying based on foreign education, provide credentialing evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a division of attorneys and legal staff in resolving cases set for hearing and settlement.
  • Provide legal advice on administrative law and trial practice.
  • Develop strategy for litigating unresolved matters and negotiate settlements.
  • Oversee preparation and filing of briefs, petitions, motions, and other pleadings before Administrative Law Judges.
  • Collaborate with the Office Director to align with the Commission's strategic plan and ensure efficient operations.
  • Represent the Office Director and FERC in administrative litigation and settlements.
