Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Director to lead operations and deliver an educational, safe environment for children and families. You will oversee staff, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with parents to communicate progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; CDA/AA/BA in ECE preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for education and licensing.
• 2 years supervisory/management experience in a child-care setting preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
• 2 years supervisory/management experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly & daily pay options:

• Director- $58,000-$63,000
