Job summary

FCA Sports is seeking a Program Director of Leagues to lead the integration of athletic ministry with sports programs across leagues, ensuring effective operations, logistics, and partnerships that promote both athletic excellence and spiritual growth.

The role focuses on FCA administration, facility coordination, training, and donor relationships, while expanding outreach and maintaining strong ties with local churches to sustain ministry beyond the sports season.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill FCA administration requirements for registration, certification, coach qualification, financial stewardship and training.
• Coordinate procurement and distribution of uniforms and equipment.
• Secure facilities for training and competition through contracts, leases, and visions with supervisors.
• Organize evaluations, coach & referee training, practices, games, end-of-season tournaments and celebrations.
• Develop calendars for tryouts, training, competition dates, camps and ministry opportunities.
• Train coaches through modeling, assistance, and mentorship programs.
