Revolution Medicines seeks an experienced Director, Launch Project Manager to lead cross-functional planning, alignment and execution across global commercialization priorities in oncology. This role partners with Global Commercialization, Medical, Market Access and other functions to drive launch readiness and portfolio execution.

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in advancing Revolution Medicines' commercialization strategy during a period of significant growth. We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Director, Launch Project Manager to lead in one of the company's key Disease Areas by driving cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution across global commercialization priorities.
This role sits within the Commercialization Effectiveness & Operations (CE&O) function and reports to the Executive Director, Global Commercialization Effectiveness.
In partnership with Global Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and cross-functional leaders, you will serve as the primary project management partner to the Global Commercialization Team, the Global Commercial Team and other cross-functional teams in your assigned Disease Area.
Operating in a build-while-scaling environment, you will bring clarity, structure, and execution discipline to complex cross-functional initiatives while helping strengthen commercialization ways of working. As the capability matures, this role may expand to include people leadership responsibilities.
You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to challenging initiatives. You are a strong collaborator who can influence across functions and levels of the organization while maintaining focus on outcomes.
You combine project leadership expertise with sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and communicating effectively with both working teams and senior leaders.
The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is listed below. Our base pay salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual base pay salary is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
