Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Director, Labor Relations who will oversee all aspects of the labor relations portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Labor Relations, you will develop strategies to promote positive relations between management and labor unions, manage collective bargaining, and administer labor contracts.

You will work with HR and legal teams to address labor-related challenges, ensure compliance with labor laws, and advance a fair and equitable workplace for all employees.

Job description

Reporting into the Senior Director of Labor Relations, the Director, Labor Relations is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the labor relations portfolios within the organization. Develops and implements strategies to promote positive relations between management and labor unions. Responsible for ongoing labor management resolutions, collective bargaining and labor contract administration. Will formulate labor and employment policy development and training. Negotiates collective bargaining agreements, resolves disputes, and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations. Works closely with HR and legal teams to address labor-related challenges and promote a fair and equitable workplace for all employees.
