Job summary

Crescent Biopharma is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Information Technology to architect and execute the company’s technology strategy, governance framework, and cyber-security maturity. You will partner with business leaders across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Legal, and HR to deliver scalable IT solutions and audit-ready processes.

• Leads IT strategy and governance for a clinical-stage company.
• Experience delivering IT initiatives through internal teams and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Legal, HR.

Responsibilities

• Translate IT strategy and roadmap into actionable projects and programs.
• Lead internal IT personnel, contractors, and MSPs.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and service delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize technology initiatives and drive business outcomes.
• Direct execution across infrastructure, cybersecurity, collaboration platforms, business applications, and GxP systems.
• Manage project portfolios, risks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Govern relationships with MSPs, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Coordinate stakeholders and resources to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, SOPs, and procedures.
• Support cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance including NIST CSF, GxP, data protection, and audits.
