We are seeking aDirector, IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineeringto lead the platforms powering Stanley 1913 across the globe. This role will set the vision, architecture, and multi-year strategy for our cloud, infrastructure, identity, and digital workplace environments, aligned with broader Morgan Street enterprise technology objectives.
As Stanley continues to grow, this leader will build and scale the organization, standards, governance, and automation needed to support the business. The role oversees our global Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure ecosystem while driving reliability, security, employee technology experience, and cost efficiency across regions.
This is a highly visible leadership role, leading through managers and technical leads and partnering closely with Information Security and leaders across Engineering, Finance, HR, and the commercial organization. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, connecting technology investments and risks to business priorities and building a high-performing team equipped for Stanley’s continued global growth.

Stanley 1913 is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley 1913, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$180,000 - $210,000 USD
