Glocomms is partnering with an established manufacturing organization to appoint a Director of IT & Infrastructure to steer technology strategy and business systems across manufacturing, finance, and related functions. The role requires a blend of IT leadership, manufacturing systems expertise, ERP transformation experience, and a proven ability to align technology investments with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information technology experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing IT teams and business technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations as an IT leader.
• Strong background leading ERP modernization or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, enterprise applications, and business process improvement.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing, finance, quality, or operational leadership teams.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive business-focused technology solutions.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy supporting manufacturing operations, finance, and other business functions.
• Partner with senior business leaders to identify current and future technology needs.
• Lead technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, business processes, and data management.
• Oversee enterprise applications, including ERP platforms and internally developed systems.
• Ensure business systems are effectively maintained, enhanced, and integrated across the organization.
• Manage and develop high-performing IT teams, including employee coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Direct departmental budgeting, resource planning, and vendor engagement activities.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and other IT teams to ensure secure and reliable technology services.
• Lead organizational change related to technology implementation and process improvement.
