Job summary

A leading global investment firm is seeking a Director of Investor Relations & Marketing to lead communications and investor engagement. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong project management skills. This role offers a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $225,000 plus bonus eligibility. The position is based in New York and requires in-person presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations within alternative investments or private equity.
• Strong knowledge of institutional investors and the fundraising lifecycle.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of due diligence materials.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for existing and prospective investors.
• Oversee the quality control of investor-facing materials.
