WPP Media, the world's largest media investment company, is seeking an experienced communicator with a passion for building employee culture to be our Director of Internal Communications in the U.S. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Communications, this role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering WPP Media's internal communications and employee experience as a key member of the marketing and communications organization.
This position works closely with executive leadership, the People team, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft messaging and engagement strategies that communicate WPP Media's vision, values, and initiatives to employees across our United States campuses.
Our internal communications function plays a central role in shaping how employees experience WPP Media – from how we communicate change to how we celebrate wins. This is the right role for a strategic communicator who leads with empathy, operates with urgency, and knows how to build culture through storytelling.
