Job summary

RSM is seeking a seasoned leader to direct complex post-transaction engagements for middle-market clients from the Rochester area. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape integration and separation strategies, and ensure delivery quality and risk management.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 9+ years of experience are required. Travel is as needed and you will mentor managers while expanding client relationships.

At RSM, employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $151,200 - $304,200

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
