Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, Development, or related field preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of real estate development experience with involvement from conception through implementation.
  • Experience with public-private partnerships (P3) and complex multi-phase projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead developer solicitation, RFP materials, internal review, and evaluation of proposals.
  • Negotiate terms for P3 structures, ground leases, phased development agreements, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and senior leadership to align with objectives and requirements.
  • Oversee design and construction activities, ensure alignment with campus guidelines and infrastructure standards.
  • Perform feasibility studies and financial analyses; evaluate long-term operating implications and risks.
  • Lead district leadership for the Innovation Neighborhood including entitlements, infrastructure planning, and activation strategy.
  • Serve as cross-functional liaison among university departments, partners, and external agencies.
