Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or closely related field required.
• Six years of correctional management level experience required, including three years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages the approved Classification system.
• Monitors policy compliance and adjusts system as needed.
• Provides training materials for classification and unit management.
• Coordinates with facility training managers for staff training programs.
• Directs classification and unit management during facility activations.
• Conducts onboarding for new classification leadership teams.
• Communicates programs and performance data via regular reports.
• Domestic travel may be required.
