QLM Search is partnering with a long-established global packaging manufacturer to appoint a Director, Information Security to drive a step change in global cybersecurity capability, systems and organisational performance.

Operating within a lean global structure across regions and business units, this role requires a leader combining strategic capability with hands-on technical credibility and a proven track record of managing complex security programs and major incidents within an international

Qualifications

• Senior cybersecurity leadership experience in a multiregional company.
• Strong technical foundation across security operations and systems.
• Experience leading investigations and major incidents.
• Experience policy and framework development.
• Manufacturing or OT security experience highly valuable.
• Knowledge of CISSP/CISM, NIST, ISO 27001 desirable.

• NIST, ISO 27001, cloud security and CISSP/CISM knowledge desirable.
