  • Ability to lead in dynamic, evolving environments and guide teams through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a group of 15–25 FTEs conducting immune safety studies across discovery, preclinical and clinical development.
  • Provides scientific oversight, strategy, and context for Early Safety Immunology projects.
  • Maintains operational control, balancing assignments, workload, and resources.
  • Interprets computational, molecular, and immunotoxicology data to support mechanism understanding.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains cross-functional collaboration.
