Job summary

Dolby is seeking a Director of Image and Video Product Management to own the Dolby Vision Home Devices portfolio, spanning TVs, DMAs, STBs, and related platforms. This role drives strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management with cross-functional leadership across engineering, sales, marketing, and finance.

The candidate will translate market needs into a focused product portfolio, lead a team, shape pricing and go-to-market strategies, and ensure revenue growth while delivering consumer value

Qualifications

• Substantial professional experience in image processing, video processing, display systems, or picture-quality engineering.
• Experience leading a business, product portfolio, or major product line in consumer electronics or related industry.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports and mobilizing large cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the home entertainment market and its value chain.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dolby Vision Home Devices business, with responsibility for revenue, growth, product performance, and overall business outcomes.
• Define and execute end-to-end strategy for Dolby Vision on Home Devices, including prioritization and investment plans.
• Develop segmented market views across regions, customers, and ecosystems.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and portfolio transitions.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team and establish OKRs.
• Represent the business in executive reviews and strategic engagements.
