The position requires a Master’s degree in psychology or social work, a clinical practicum, and at least one year post-master’s experience, with responsibilities for staff supervision, budget oversight, and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• MS Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field with completion of a clinical practicum.
• At least 1 year post-master's work experience in a clinical setting.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to outpatient consumers.
• Supervise the program staff and oversee operations.
• Oversee budgets, training and staff development.
• Coordinate with internal and outside agencies to meet consumer needs.
