  • Collaborate with senior leadership to advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and technology systems to optimize HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and recognition within the organization.

About the Role:

The Director of Human Resources in the Accommodation and Food Services industry plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization’s human capital strategy to support business objectives. Minimum Qualifications:
