Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality LLC in Plano is seeking a Director Hotel Finance OEM to support the Finance leadership on projects that drive hotel financial performance and enterprise efficiency. You will collaborate with operations and finance leaders to analyze trends and enable data-driven decisions, with overtime applicable for OEM associates.

The role targets 5–7 years in finance/data analytics, a relevant degree, and PM/Lean/Six Sigma proficiency; travel about 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• Advanced degree in finance, analytics, project management or related field preferred.
• PMP certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification helpful.
• 5-7 years of experience in a finance and data analytics position required.
• Hospitality finance experience strongly desired.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Proven experience in project management and developing business metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence others and foster excellent professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned including budgeting, forecasting, centralized billing and recording process.
• Coordinate, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, guidance, and direction.
• Oversee and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes utilizing internal and external sources to create and implement strategies and programs that will lead to improved financial performance.
• Work collaboratively with Corporate Finance and Operations leadership to ensure consistency of process and to share best practices.
• Other duties, projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned.
• Travel around 25% of time.
