Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) seeks an experienced leader to manage a hospital housekeeping department, creating a productive, supportive team environment and ensuring a safe, clean, and healing space for patients.

You will lead recruiting, training, and daily operations, monitor quality and budgets, and collaborate with facility and company leadership to meet goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish.
• Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and budgets.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies
