Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home seeks a Director of Clinical Services to plan, direct, and supervise all clinical services at the assigned location. The role ensures quality patient care within regulatory and financial requirements, while maintaining EMR workflow accuracy and timely clinical documentation.

The incumbent will lead performance management, staff development, and branch involvement, partnering with leadership to advance quality outcomes and advocate for patients and teams in home health

Qualifications

• Current RN license (BSN preferred) or another licensed clinical credential in good standing.
• CPR or BLS certification current.
• Three years of management experience required.
• Two years of home care or hospice experience; one year in hospital nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, evaluate and provide clinical services for the facility.
• Champion mission, values, and customer service across staff.
• Ensure quality patient care plans are compliant with regulations and financially viable.
• Oversee clinical records accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor EMR workflows and ensure daily completion by DCS and MCS.
• Drive performance improvement and staff development.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and monitor productivity across nursing, intake, and dietitian teams.
