Job summary

Health Research, Inc. seeks a Director, Bureau of Community Support Services to oversee HIV/AIDS support services, including legal services, benefits counseling, case management, nutrition, medical transportation and supportive housing.

The role directs policy, program planning, design and evaluation; travel up to 25% is required; hybrid onsite/remote work is available. Must reside within commuting distance of NY areas or relocate to NY/NJ/CT/VT/MA as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with six years' HIV/AIDS program leadership experience.
• Or an Associate's degree with eight years' related leadership experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy and program development for HIV/AIDS supportive services.
• Direct allocation of resources and day-to-day program management.
• Represent the bureau on interagency committees and workgroups.
