Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and Texas license required.
• Minimum of 15 years architectural experience with higher education focus.
• Strong leadership, client engagement and business development capabilities.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Bluebeam and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align the Higher Education practice with firm strategy.
• Drive market expansion, growth, and client engagement initiatives.
• Mentor teams, oversee resource planning, and support licensure progress.
• Represent Pfluger at conferences and lead business development efforts.
• Ensure design excellence, regulatory knowledge, and project delivery quality.
