CompHealth in Charleston, SC is seeking a Director to lead a new Heart Failure Clinic within an established Heart and Vascular Center. This role emphasizes inpatient care at a single coastal location and offers a unique opportunity to shape a program.

You will oversee a team of 3 advanced practice providers, work alongside 16 cardiologists, 3 cardiac surgeons, and 3 electrophysiologists, and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call.

Responsibilities

• Director role leading a new Heart Failure Clinic within an established Heart and Vascular Center.
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and no call.
• 60/40 split between administrative and clinical duties.
• Primarily inpatient-focused role based at a single location.
• Direct and oversee a team of 3 APPs as program director.
• Collaborate with 16 cardiologists, 3 cardiac surgeons, and 3 electrophysiologists.
• Teaching and research experience in cardiovascular disease preferred.
