• Execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Development of channel strategies with data-driven ROI.

• Measurement and optimization of marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American Cochlear product portfolio strategy and launches.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans, pricing, and positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering and operations.
• Develop programs to drive demand and product upgrades.
• Lead cross‑functional launch teams and manage multiple workstreams.
• Develop forecast/demand planning with sales and finance.
• Mentor product managers for Nucleus and Acoustics portfolios.
