Job description

Location: This position is hybrid in London, United Kingdom.

This role requires travel across EMEA, including the client meetings, industry events, and relationship-building activities that support enterprise growth.

The role.

Huge is accelerating its growth across EMEA and is looking for a growth leader who can turn market opportunities and senior relationships into new business. You’ll identify where Huge can win, build relationships with enterprise decision-makers, originate qualified opportunities, and lead pursuits from first conversation through close.

You’ll work closely with Huge’s Global Growth team, Marketing and Communications, Alliances, senior client partners, and practice leaders to build pipeline and convert it into revenue. Success is measured by qualified pipeline generated, new business won, and revenue closed.

What you’ll be doing.

Generate new business.

  • Build and execute a prioritized EMEA target account strategy, using Huge’s ideal client profile, market signals, and buying triggers to focus on the opportunities most likely to convert.

  • Originate opportunities through direct outreach, senior relationships, referrals, industry events, and partner channels.

  • Build relationships with CMOs, CDOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers to uncover business challenges before they become formal briefs.

  • Qualify opportunities early, establishing business need, access to decision-makers, budget, timing, and a credible path to winning.

  • Turn conversations into defined next steps and qualified pipeline.

Build relationships and active channels.

  • Develop a strong network of enterprise buyers, agency search consultants, advisors, former clients, and referral sources across EMEA.

  • Partner with Huge’s Alliances team to develop joint opportunities and co-sell with strategic technology partners, including Adobe, Google Cloud, Contentful, Optimizely, Shopify, and Salesforce.

  • Activate Huge’s existing relationships and partner ecosystem to create warm introductions and access to priority accounts.

  • Work with Marketing and Communications to turn campaigns, thought leadership, and events into relevant reasons to engage target buyers.

Lead pursuits and close deals.

  • Own the commercial strategy for opportunities you originate, from qualification and pursuit planning through proposal, negotiation, and signature.

  • Develop a compelling why Huge, why now narrative grounded in the client’s business priorities, market context, and buying triggers.

  • Bring together the right leaders across strategy, experience, technology, data, and creative to build a differentiated, competitive proposition.

  • Align client partners and delivery leaders around the solution, scope, value proposition, and commercial model.

  • Maintain pursuit momentum, manage risks, and make clear decisions about where to invest time and resources.

  • Partner with Growth Operations to maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline forecasts, and performance reporting.

Connect market insight to growth.

  • Align outbound priorities with account-based marketing, event strategy, and alliance partner plans.

  • Translate Huge’s capabilities across brand, experience, product, technology, data, and AI into relevant business outcomes for specific buyers.

  • Bring market intelligence back to the organization, including emerging client needs, competitive dynamics, objections, and messages that resonate.

  • Help refine Huge’s regional go-to-market strategy based on what you learn from buyers and the opportunities you pursue.

What we’d like to see.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise business development, new business, or growth at an agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.

  • A demonstrated record of originating and closing six- and seven-figure enterprise engagements across EMEA.

  • An established network of senior marketing, digital, technology, or business leaders in the region.

  • Experience selling complex services spanning digital transformation, customer experience, brand, marketing, technology, or related disciplines.
