Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a research-focused field or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in research, sponsored programs, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated success in securing grants, contracts, or external funding.

Responsibilities

• Develops university-wide strategy for research, innovation, and sponsored programs.
• Identifies high-value funding opportunities and builds a pipeline of grants.
• Leads major proposals from concept through submission.
• Oversees the sponsored-project lifecycle in collaboration with Grants Manager and investigators.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, sponsor, and institutional requirements.
