Organic Valley is seeking a Director of Cooperative Stewardship & Governance to serve as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and member-leaders. You will guide governance strategy, strengthen board effectiveness, and translate complex issues into actionable insights to sustain member trust.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years in governance, exceptional communication, and the ability to foster alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, governance, leadership, or related field.
• Ten+ years of experience in cooperative governance, board effectiveness, and governance systems.
• Ability to translate complex operational, financial, and strategic information into governance insights.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Establish governance strategy and board support expectations with CROPP Board.
• Advise and support board directors, committees, and member-leaders in fulfilling governance responsibilities.
• Design and evolve governance structures, decision-right frameworks, and board committee models.
• Lead governance operations, policies, elections, and reporting.
• Foster alignment between governance bodies and the business.
