Job summary

The role requires leadership, audits, training, and collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, and external partners such as customs brokers. Industry experience and a track record of reducing risk and cost are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in trade compliance or related field.
• Experience with import/export and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage export/import control programs.
• Lead engagement with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and trade counsel.
• Interpret US Customs, EAR, BIS rules; ensure duty payments and classifications.
• Provide training on Customs and Trade topics to internal/external partners.
• Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain to mitigate risks and reduce costs.
